The Chesapeake City Board of Appeals will meet at 6:30 pm in Town Hall to hear the following case:

PURPOSE:The Town of Chesapeake City is interested in selling OldTown Hall which is located on Parcel 128. Other buildings on the same parcel are the water facility building, water tower, concrete tank and an existing well. Located on Parcel 127 is the Town Garage.
Therefore, due to the fact that the Public Utilities are on the same lot as OldTown Hall, the Town of Chesapeake City is requesting a Minor Subdivision for both Parcels 127 & 128.
There will be three Lots: Lot 1 Old Town Hall; Lot 2 Public Utilities and Lot 3 Town Garage.Parcel 127 is being changed so that there will be a common easement for Lot 1 & Lot 2.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
As presented, approval is requested for the Minor Subdivision Plat for the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Chesapeake City.
The Town Hall office will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. The office will reopen at 9:00 am on Tuesday, September 8th.
