Historic District Parking Permit Applications are now being accepted for 2024.

To be eligible for a Parking Permit, you MUST reside in the Historic District.

Please attach a copy of your driver’s license showing a Historic District Address to your application. 

Should your driver’s license not have a historic district address listed, you shall provide at least 2 of the following items as proof of residency:

  • Deed – listing resident’s name as owner of property
  • Mortgage Billing Statement – listing resident’s name as responsible payer
  • Lease – listing resident’s name as responsible payer
  • Utility Billing Statement – listing resident’s name as responsible payer
  • Mail from a Federal or State Government Agency – addressed to resident by name
  • Vehicle Registration – with Historic District Address
