Notice is hereby given that the Chesapeake City Town Council has declared Lot 3, Map 043B, Parcel 475 on Biddle Street in Chesapeake City, Maryland, as excess municipal property and will vote on the sale of that property. The Town will also vote on the purchase of 105 Pine Street in Chesapeake City. Both properties will be voted on at the Town Council Meeting on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 6:30 pm.
